  28. documenting Internet standards on routing protocols.  These procedures
  29. have been established by the Internet Activities Board (IAB) in
  30. consultation with the Internet Engineering Steering Group (IESG).
  31. Distribution of this memo is unlimited.

  33. RFCs can also be obtained via FTP from FTP.NISC.SRI.COM, NIS.NSF.NET,
